Configuring Membership and Product Visibility in the App and Sales Page
This article guides you on how to control which memberships and products appear in the app’s ‘Shop’ section and on the public Sales Page, and how to restrict access to specific products or memberships.
1. Making Memberships and Merchandise Visible in the App’s ‘Shop’
To make memberships or merchandise visible in the app ‘Shop’, activate them via System Settings. Navigate to System Settings → Purchases / Products, and enable the memberships, punch cards, or merchandise you want to offer in the app.
2. Restricting Access to Specific Memberships, Punch Cards, and Products

Locate the desired product.

Click on the three dots and select ‘Edit’.

Scroll down to ‘Properties’ and find the toggle ‘Available in Shop’ or ‘Publicly Available’.
When enabled, the product appears on the public sales page and is available to everyone.
3. Availability in the App

Go to System Settings → Feature Toggles.

Enable ‘Allow purchase of …’

Products marked as publicly available will now appear in the app.
