How Campaigns Convert into Memberships and Become Visible

Campaigns that convert into memberships When a campaign automatically converts into a membership, the member must be able to book classes in advance using the new membership.

To make this possible, the system uses the setting: “Number of days in the future that classes can be booked”

This setting, found under System Settings, determines the booking window for your entire center.

How does it work?

When a campaign is scheduled to convert to a membership on a certain date, the system will:

1. Check the booking window

2. See how many days ahead members can book classes

3. Make the new membership visible that same number of days before the conversion date

Example

If your booking window is 14 days, then the membership created from the campaign will:

• Become visible 14 days before the actual conversion date

• Allow the member to book future classes in advance

• Ensure seamless access without interruptions

Why does the system do this?

To ensure:

• members can plan and book classes ahead

• no gap in access between campaign and membership

• smooth scheduling for admins and coaches

• consistent and predictable membership behavior
