How to Activate a Referral Bonus for Members
If you want to reward members for referring new people, you can activate the referral bonus inside your center settings. When enabled, the referrer will automatically receive the bonus amount once the referred person becomes a full member. This guide shows you exactly how to turn it on and set the reward.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Open Your Center Settings

Go to your Dashboard.

Click Facilities in the menu.

Select Center.

Click your center to open it.

Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner to edit.
Step 2 — Find Referral Settings

Scroll down to the section called Member & Lead Settings.
Step 3 — Activate the Referral Bonus

Turn on Activate Referral Bonus.

Enter the bonus amount you want to reward referrers with.
