How to Create and Manage a Campaign

Campaigns are temporary offers or promotions that can be sold to members.
A campaign can have its own price, duration, access rules, and contract, and it can optionally convert into a regular membership afterward.

This guide explains how to create and configure a campaign from start to finish.

Step 1 — Navigate to Campaigns

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click Sales.

  3. Select Memberships.

  4. Click Campaigns.

  5. Click + New Campaign.

Step 2 — Fill in Basic Information

Start by completing the general campaign details.

Name

Enter a clear and recognizable campaign name.

Description

Describe what the campaign includes and who it is for.

Contract

Select a contract that members must accept.
This can be:

  • A standard contract

  • A contract created specifically for this campaign

This step is very important.

Step 3 — Decide What Happens After the Campaign

Choose whether the campaign should convert into a membership once it ends.

Examples:

  • Trial campaign → converts into a monthly membership

  • Intro offer → ends without conversion

Select the option that fits your setup.

Step 4 — Configure Pricing and Frequency

Payment Type

Choose whether the campaign is:

  • One-time payment

  • Recurring payment (e.g. monthly)

Price

Enter the campaign price.

VAT

Select the correct VAT rate.

Setup Fee

Optional one-time fee charged at purchase.

Step 5 — Set Access and Permissions

Define what the campaign gives access to:

  • Class bookings

  • Training access

  • Other system permissions

This controls what members can do during the campaign period.

Step 6 — Set Campaign Duration

Decide when the campaign is active.

Start Date

If no start date is set, the campaign becomes active on the purchase date.

You can also:

  • Set a fixed start date

  • Limit the campaign to a specific date range

Duration

Instead of dates, you can set a duration such as:

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

  • 5 days

The duration starts from the purchase date.

Step 7 — Set Communication

Welcome Email

Select the email sent automatically when the campaign is purchased.

Step 8 — Choose Sales Method

Decide how the campaign can be sold:

  • Manual only (staff sends it directly)

  • Available on the sales page (members can buy it themselves)

Step 9 — Set Purchase Availability

Define when the campaign can be purchased:

  • Purchase from (start date)

  • Purchase until (end date)

This controls when the campaign is visible and available for sale.

Step 10 — Save the Campaign

Click Save.

Your campaign is now created and ready to be sold or sent to members.
