How to Filter and Export Members by Age

This guide explains how to filter members by age and export the results as a CSV file. You can also group the data by membership type or other fields to get deeper insights into your member base.

You will learn how to:

  • Filter members by age

  • View members under or over a specific age

  • Group results by membership type or other criteria

  • Export the data as a CSV file

Step 1 — Open Reports

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the Insights section.

  3. Click Reports.

Step 2 — Open the Member Change Report

  1. Find and open the report called Member Change Report.

  2. This report shows an overview of your members and their data.

Step 3 — Filter Members by Age

  1. Find the column called Age.

  2. Click the three dots next to the column name.

  3. Select Filter.

Filter examples

  • To see members under 30 years old:

    • Operator: <=

    • Value: 30

  • To see members 30 years or older:

    • Operator: >=

    • Value: 30

Apply the filter to update the report.

Step 4 — Group the Data (Optional)

If you want more detailed insights:

  1. Click the three dots on another column.

  2. Select Group by.

  3. Choose a field such as:

    • Membership type

    • Membership status

    • Other relevant fields

This helps you analyze age groups across different member segments.

Step 5 — Export the Data

  1. Click Export in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose CSV as the file format.

  3. Download the file.

You now have a CSV file with your filtered and grouped member data.

Result

You have successfully filtered members by age and exported the data for further analysis or reporting.
