How to Send a Payment Link and Add Payment Methods for a Member

Step-by-step guide

A. How to send a payment link to a member

  1. Go to Members from the main dashboard.

  2. Open the profile of the member you want to contact.

  3. Navigate to the Memberships tab.

  4. Scroll down to the invoice section.

  5. Click the invoice you want to send.

  6. Choose whether to send the payment link via email or via SMS.

  7. The system sends a payment notification with the link – once the member pays, their card is automatically saved for future charges.

B. Add a payment method in-center

  1. Open the member's profile.

  2. Click “Add payment methods”.

  3. Follow the flow and register the card.

  4. The card will now be connected to future payments.

C. The member can add their card through the mobile app

  1. The member logs in to the app.

  2. They open the menu (three lines).

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Select Add payment card.

  5. The card is added to their account.
