How to Send Emails to Leads

This guide explains how to send emails to your leads in HubSpot. You will learn how to find and sort leads, and then send emails to those who are won or lost.

Step 1 — Go to the Members Section

1. From the Dashboard, go to Members.

2. Click on Leads.

Step 2 — Sort Leads

1. In the leads section, you can sort leads by different criteria.

2. Typically, you’ll sort by lost leads if you want to follow up with them.

Step 3 — Select the Lost Leads Tab

1. Click on the Lost tab to view all leads that were not converted.

Step 4 — Export or Send Emails

1. Find the three dots on the right side of the leads list.

2. Click on the three dots to open the options menu.

3. From here, you can either export the leads or send emails directly.

Result

You can now send emails to your leads, whether they are won or lost, directly from Bookingboard.
