How to Set Opening Hours and App Access Times for a Center

This guide explains how to:

• Edit opening hours for a center

• Configure app-based door access times using the access control settings

These settings help ensure members can only access the facility during approved times.

Step 1 — Open Center Settings

1. From the Dashboard, go to Facilities.

2. Click Centers.

3. Select the center you want to edit.

4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner to edit the center.

Step 2 — Set Opening Hours

1. Scroll down in the center settings.

2. Locate the Opening Hours section.

3. Enter the correct opening and closing times for the center.

These times are used for general facility information.

Step 3 — Configure App-Based Door Access

If you use door locks with app access:

1. Inside the center settings, go to the Access tab.

2. Click the small gear icon.

3. Set the time period where members are allowed to:

   • Use the app

   • Unlock doors

   • Enter the facility

These times control actual physical access, not just opening hours.

Important Note

Opening hours and app access times can be different:

• Opening hours = informational

• App access times = when members can physically enter

Make sure both are set correctly.

Step 4 — Save Changes

1. Save your settings.

Your center opening hours and access times are now updated.
