How to Set Up Personal Training (PT) in the System

1. Assign the “Personal Trainer” role

To use the PT module, the employee must have the correct role.

How to do it:

  1. Open the employee’s profile

  2. Click the pencil (edit)

  3. Select the role Personal Trainer

  4. Save changes

The employee now has access to PT features.

2. Activate Personal Training under Class Types

  1. Go to Class Types

  2. Find Personal Training

  3. Make sure it is active

3. Create a Personal Training membership

  1. Go to Memberships

  2. Find or create Personal Training

  3. Assign the membership to the member who will receive PT

4. Create Personal Training via Planning

Once membership and class type are ready:

  1. Go to Planning

  2. Create new planning

  3. Select Class Type: Personal Training

  4. Choose trainer and member

  5. Set up repetition

  6. Save

Great for longer PT courses.

5. Create Personal Training via the Calendar

  1. Go to Scheduled Classes

  2. Click directly in the calendar

  3. Select Personal Training

  4. Choose trainer and member

  5. Set time and participant

  6. Save

Note:
Changes and deletions must be made manually since this is not created via planning.

6. Assign trainer + training programs to the member

  1. Go to the Training tab on the member’s profile

  2. Assign the Personal Trainer

  3. Add training programs

  4. Attach each program to a specific day

The member will see their programs in the app.

Summary

  • Assign PT role → employee

  • Create PT membership

  • Create PT via planning or calendar

  • Add programs → member
