Setting Up Personal Training in the System
step-by-step guide
1. Create the Personal Trainer

Go to Employees.

Create a new employee or open an existing one.

Assign the role: Personal Trainer.

Once this role is added, the employee will automatically receive access to all personal-training–related tools in the system.
2. Enable Personal Training in Class Types

Go to Class Types.
-
Locate Personal Training in the list.
-
Ensure it is active so it becomes available for scheduling.
-
This class type is required for planning personal training sessions in the schedule.

3. Create the Personal Training Schedule

Open the Planing.
-
Create a new Schedule.
-
Choose Class Type: Personal Training.

Select the personal trainer and member.
-
Choose your repeating structure (example:

8 weeks,
-
Every Thursday and Friday,
-
Specific times).
-

Save the planning.
4. Check the Member’s Membership

Open the Member Profile of the person receiving personal training.
-
Confirm they have a Personal Training membership assigned.
-
Without this membership, personal training settings won’t appear.

5. Assign the Personal Trainer to the Member

Inside the Member Profile, go to the Training tab.
-
Add the Personal Trainer to the member.
-
This connects the trainer with the planned sessions.
6. Add Personal Programs

Still inside the Training tab, locate Personal Programs next to the trainer settings.

Add individual programs or upload templates.
-
You can also plan ahead using your Program Templates to build structured long-term plans.
