Viewing Membership Change Statistics
You can easily track changes in your membership base over a selected period using the Membership Change Report, found under the Reports tab within Insights in the sidebar menu.

1. Active Members at Beginning
The first table displays the total number of active members at the start of the selected period.

It lists all active members individually.

Each entry can be expanded to show detailed information about their active memberships.

At the bottom of the table, a summary row shows the total count of active members at the beginning of the chosen period.

2. New Members
The second table highlights all new members who joined during the reporting period.

Each new member is listed individually.

The expandable view shows all memberships that started within the selected period.
-
A summary total of all new members acquired in the period appears at the bottom.

3. Lost Members
The third table shows all members who ended their memberships during the reporting period.

Each departing member is listed individually.

You can expand each entry to see which specific memberships were terminated within the period.

A total count of lost members for the period is displayed at the bottom of the table.

4. Active Members at End
The fourth table displays the total number of active members at the end of the selected period.

It lists all active members as of the period’s close.

Each entry can be expanded to review their ongoing memberships.

The summary row at the bottom shows the total count of active members at the end of the period.

5. Members on Hold
The fifth table provides an overview of memberships placed on hold during the selected period.

It lists all members whose memberships were temporarily suspended.

Each entry can be expanded to display which specific memberships were placed on hold.

A summary total at the bottom shows the number of members placed on hold within the reporting period.
