Complete setup guide when starting in the system

1. Create your email templates

Start by setting up these essential email templates:

  • Drop-in confirmation

  • Welcome email

  • Pause/Bero email

  • Cancellation email

  • Guest email

How to do it:

  1. From the dashboard frontpage,  in the menu on the left find → Settings

  2. Choose Email templates

  3. Create new or edit existing templates

  4. Make sure the template type matches the purpose, e.g.,

    • Welcome email → Type: “Welcome back”

    • Cancellation email → Type: “Cancellation”

2. Create your contracts

From the dashboard frontpage,  in the menu on the left find → Sales → Memberships → Contracts

Here you can:

  • Create new contracts

  • Edit existing contracts

  • Attach a contract to a membership

  • Require signature, so members must sign in the app

⚠️ Note: Placeholder text in contracts does not fill automatically.

3. Set up your class types

Create one type per class to ensure structure.
Examples: WOD, Cardio, Weightlifting, Mobility.

4. Create or edit schedules (class planning)

From the dashboard frontpage,  in the menu on the left find →Training → Classes → Planning

Schedules can be used for:

  • Year-round classes

  • Short courses

  • Repeating daily/weekly classes

When creating a schedule, set:

  • Title

  • Class type

  • Location

  • Image

  • Days + times

  • Duration

  • Trainer (optional)

  • Attached members (for closed groups)

When finished, link the schedule to:
Memberships, clip cards, campaigns, drop-ins, etc.

5. Create memberships and connect everything

From the dashboard frontpage,  in the menu on the left find → Sales → Memberships → Contingents

For each membership:

  • Add name, title, image

  • Attach contract

  • Choose which class types it gives access to

  • Attach welcome, pause and cancellation emails

  • Set the price

  • Choose availability dates
