How to Create a Revenue Report Grouped by Project Name and Fees

Step 1 — Go to Reports

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Insights.

  2. Click Reports.

Step 2 — Create a New Report

  1. In the top-right corner, click Create report.

  2. Open the report editor.

  3. choose Order Item as Datasouce

Step 3 — Add Required Columns

  1. Click Columns.

  2. Add the following columns:

    • Project name

    • Is fee

Step 4 — Group by Project Name

  1. Find the Project name column.

  2. Click the three dots next to it.

  3. Select Group by Project name.

This groups all revenue entries by each project.

Step 5 — Filter Fees Only

  1. Find the Is fee column.

  2. Click the three dots next to it.

  3. Choose Filter.

  4. Set the value to Positive / Yes.

This ensures only fee-related revenue is included.

Step 6 — Sum the Revenue

  1. Locate the Revenue column.

  2. Click the three dots.

  3. Select Aggregation.

  4. Choose Sum.

This displays the total revenue per project.

Step 7 — Save and Export

  1. Save the report so it can be reused later.

  2. Use Export to download the report as a file (CSV, Excel, etc.).

Your report is now ready and can be accessed or exported anytime.
