Managing Welcome and Follow-up Emails for Drop-ins and Free Trials

1. Creating Drop-in Welcome Emails

If you cannot select a welcome email when setting up a drop-in booking type, start by creating a dedicated drop-in email template.
Go to ‘Email Templates’ in your dashboard and create a new template specifically designed for drop-in guests.

2. Customizing Post-Payment Confirmation Messages

The message displayed after a successful membership payment is usually part of the welcome email.
To update it, edit the relevant membership or campaign.
Within these settings, you can associate a customized welcome email. If no specific email is assigned, the platform will automatically send a default message.

3. Automating Follow-up Emails After Guest Bookings

To ensure guests receive timely follow-up communication after a drop-in or trial booking, navigate to ‘System Settings’ and enable automated follow-up emails for guest bookings.
Make sure a suitable email template exists for this purpose in ‘Email Templates’.
